Well-designed blinds with very clear instructions. I liked the fact that the chrome string was in one piece and not split like it sometimes is. Delivery and communication were spot on.

Very happy customer! Purchased a blind for the bathroom which always gets sprayed by the shower and to replace a wooden one (different company) which hasn't survived the damp well. We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.
