Delivery was faster than expected and arrived by UPS, and my query was answered by email really quickly. The blind we received is lovely.

The blind is good quality very pleased with it. The instruction book is very clear, also the stitching is neat and pretty much unnoticeable. Will use them again.

They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior. The whole experience was excellent. Samples arrived very quickly and were large enough to make a good judgement. Once I had decided which fabric to use the ordering was quick and easy.
