Delivery is free on all orders over £159. Otherwise it is just £7.95 per order, regardless of how many products you buy.
Consignments need to be signed for, so if you are not usually at home during the week or on certain days, you can specify your place of work, or a separate delivery address.
Once your order is ready, you will receive you a dispatch notification email confirming that your order has been shipped. You will then be sent a tracking number from the courier allowing you to stay up to date with the status of your delivery at all times. Delivery normally takes between one to two business days, depending on the product. It is worth bearing in mind that delivery companies are currently experiencing a much higher increase in demand, so some deliveries may take a little while longer.

All our deliveries are fully insured, so if the packaging arrives damaged in any way, please write ‘damaged’ on the delivery note. Once you’ve inspected your order and find it is indeed damaged, then we apologise. Please notify our customer service team within two to three business days and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.
Please note that for the following outlying postcode areas there may be an additional minimum cost per shipment of £15.00.
