If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
This guarantee does not apply to made-to-measure items*.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
How much notice do I need to give to amend or cancel my order?
This is obviously time-sensitive, so, it’s important to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel or make changes to it. Due to the bespoke nature of tailor-made and made-to-measure blinds, once manufactured they cannot be returned*. However, if you change your mind before your order has gone into production, we may be able to halt production or make amendments to it, unfortunately, this can’t always be guaranteed. To avoid this, make sure to double-check your order confirmation once you receive it to make sure all the details are correct. If for some reason you haven’t received your order confirmation, please let us know straight away. Any orders placed on a next day service cannot be cancelled due to the urgency of their production.
I don’t like the colour of my blinds, can they be returned?
This is why we are happy to send you free samples to help you choose. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be returned if you are not happy with the colour or finish of the fabric, wood, PVC or aluminium. Simply order your favourite samples online and we will despatch them to you via first-class post.
My blinds have arrived damaged or the wrong size, can I return them?
If your order arrives damaged by the courier, please mark it as damaged when you sign for it and notify us as soon as possible. If the blind does need to be re-made (or repaired where possible) due to damage in transit or a manufacturing fault, a like for like replacement will be made to the exact same specifications as the original order as soon as possible. Please note we may require you to send images of any damage, faults or defects for inspection and quality control purposes. It may take up to ten working days to collect, inspect and feedback the results of the inspection.
To ensure your blinds fit perfectly, simply follow our step by step measuring guide. If you are unsure about any aspect of measuring, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you. However, in the unlikely event of you mismeasuring your blinds, and you would like them altered (please note this is dependent on the type of blind and can only be achieved if you have measured them too big and they can therefore be reduced in size), you will need to post them back to us safely and well packaged.
Please contact us to notify us of your intention to return any items. Remember to have your order number ready.
Please write your order number clearly and visibly on the parcel you are returning.
Please package them suitably to avoid any damage in transit.
