I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.
I actually can't think of anything English Blinds could do to improve their service. The website is well thought out and presented and easy to navigate.
