This is the 4th Roman blind I have bought from English Blinds. They are of fantastic quality and it is really important to me that they are made in England. The website makes it easy to order and the customer service is excellent. I have recommended them to all my friends.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

The website was easy to use and offered a wide variety. The instructions on measuring were straightforward and well-explained. Once measurements and fabric were chosen, the order took a couple of days to come through (was very well packaged and the delivery company were very thorough on expected times etc.). Well worth the money!
