Instructions for ordering are very easy to follow, the blinds were delivered within the time advised and when the two parcels arrived, they were well packaged with no sign of any damage. These blinds are great. I've bought the faux wood-grained white ones for 3 different rooms now and they look really smart. They are very well made and easy to fix. They take a few days to come as they are made to order, but that's fine and the dimensions are very accurately adhered to. I would highly recommend this genuine quality business.
