English Blinds provided a professional service, right from the ordering of samples through to the delivery of the finished blinds. All within the time frame as outlined on their website. The blinds themselves (real walnut) are excellent. Overall, I'm very pleased and happy to recommend them.
I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.
We found the whole experience quite easy from choosing the Blind to fitting it, just supply the measurements and they do the rest. It came within the said time well pleased with it.
Great website, easy to use. Did have a slight issue when the blind arrived however it was all sorted out within a day and a replacement arrived quicker than expected. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
Vinyl blinds for kitchen. Finally, found a company that knows how to produce top-quality blinds. Ordering was very easy, the product and workmanship were extremely good, the blinds were very well packaged and fitting was easy. Easy to use website. Loads of choice. Can enter your exact measurements for bespoke fit. Delivery was incredibly fast, only three working days. The blinds are fabulous design, exactly as shown on the website, great quality and easy to fit. What's not to Like? Absolutely excellent service and would recommend English Blinds to Everyone!
