These blinds are great. I've bought the faux wood-grained white ones for 3 different rooms now and they look really smart. They are very well made and easy to fix. They take a few days to come as they are made to order, but that's fine and the dimensions are very accurately adhered to. I would highly recommend this genuine quality business.

With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.
The only company I could find that had the wider width I needed. Good price and they look great. Good customer service too as we had a slight problem that the blinds would not lower, emailed in the evening and they responded early the next morning, advice was given, which works and now installed they're looking great. The delivery company very efficient too with good communication
Excellent service. I had made an error on my order. I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. The blind received quicker than estimated delivery. This is my fourth blind easy to fit and nicely gives my kitchen a new look. Highly recommended
I was able to order lots of samples to make sure I chose the best colour for my blinds. The samples were free and arrived very quickly delivered. The online instructions for measuring the windows were very clear and gave me confidence that the blind would fit correctly when it arrived. Well made and expertly packaged blinds. They even supplied a couple of spare slats for each blind which wasn't expected but could be handy when my son makes one dirty!
