My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified. Great website with full measuring instructions. Excellent choice of blinds. I ordered the faux wood venetian blinds for my square bay in the lounge and for the large bedroom window. They arrived in the specified time and are of good quality. Just had someone fit them for me and it seemed an easy process. Very happy with them.
