The blinds are exactly what I'd hoped for. The instructions were very precise which I followed to the letter. Time taken, ten minutes per blind with partner passing tools to me. Ensure they are level and square is the top tip. When the end pieces are fixed it's a good idea to use masking tape to hold them open before placing the blinds in them.
Great blinds which appear to be very good quality and customer service was very responsive - quick and helpful which is something not all companies are good at since covid
Great company and quick dispatch. I ordered a new replacement blind for one damaged blind bought previously from another company. English Blinds sent me a FREE sample 1st class so I could match it up with the others to make sure the one I would be buying was exactly the same, and it was. I bought it online and it arrived via DPD about 5 days later. Excellent.
We ordered blackout roller blinds for one bedroom and they look extremely nice and keep out the daylight - the sun is very strong in this room each morning. I'm very pleased that the control for each roller blind is fixed to the wall as these are in our 4-year-old's room. All in all, we're delighted and would happily buy from English Blinds again.
The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.

The ordering procedure was very simple. I was emailed when the manufacturing started and when my blind was being shipped and by whom. It arrived exactly on time and I am extremely happy with it. The English Blind Company is excellent, and good value.
