First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. As the blinds have only been up a few days, I can only comment on how easy they were to fit and that they are an asset to all the rooms they are in.
