No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company. I would recommend English Blinds, the roller blinds I ordered are so nice and are well-made too. There was a great choice of patterns and colours. Choosing which one to have was the most difficult bit, but ordering and receiving was easy. I would definitely them use again.
