I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Fantastic service and so easy. Just take accurate measurements of the window and it is all done except putting the blind up; and that too is easy. Also, they look great.
