Florentine Cathedral Grey Roller Blind

Beautiful blind and exactly what was ordered. Very good quality. Customer service was excellent as needed and it was delivered prior to going on holiday. Would use them again and will recommend to others.

Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. I'm very happy with their service and support.

This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Everything was first class from beginning to end and would definitely recommend this company.
