I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.

Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.
The ordering process was very straightforward and, thereafter, the customer service information was excellent. They were delivered very quickly, under continued delivery advice, and we were very pleased with the products that were easy to fit and of perfect dimensions as ordered. Very satisfied with the speed and service from ordering a sample to having the blind made and delivered. Customer support was excellent when I rang with a problem (caused by my fitting of the blind) and a new end piece was sent out at no extra cost.
