The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
