The website is very clear and offers guidance on measuring. The products are perfectly made and the waiting time is very reasonable. Well worth the money. I have ordered twice now and would definitely recommend to others.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

The blind arrived within the given timescale and it was installed this morning. It is quite stunning and is of such good quality. I will be measuring up other windows in the house and ordering some more samples this week. I've already been recommending English Blinds to friends.
