I like the fact that you can also track the process of your order and delivery was prompt and exactly in the time frame they predicted. A really good value Venetian blind at a fraction of the cost of some 'upmarket' providers. The quality and choice are excellent. The fittings and instructions were comprehensive. I'm used to DIY, but if you're not, you may need assistance. Making the fittings secure and level is crucial if the blind is to hang and operate correctly.
