The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.

We were looking for a blind to suit our newly refurbished and decorated kitchen and found just the one we wanted online with English Blinds. The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. All in all, it was a great service and the blind is well made and of excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends
