The blind was well packed on arrival, and it was in place in minutes. Very easy to fit - perfect, thank you. My daughter even made a video with the blind, she was so pleased!

I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. Having previously wasted time and money cutting down an off-the-shelf faux wood venetian blind from Dunelm, I decided to try English Blinds instead. The samples arrived quickly and then a week later my new blind arrived. The quality of the mechanism and the service and product are both excellent. Yes, the components used are far better than my previous blind and it operates very smoothly. The quality of the faux wood is also much superior and has a realistic wood grain. Highly recommend them, and will use them again for my other rooms. I would recommend this company to others.

The blinds arrived quickly and are of very good quality. The fitting instructions are very clear and according to my husband, they were a joy to put up. He was impressed with the attention to detail such as sticky tape on the back of the brackets to help hold them in place during fitting. We would highly recommend English Blinds and would not hesitate to purchase again.
