I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Nice quality blind, colour and description accurate. Great level of blackout. I ordered another one from a different company at the same time but by comparison, this one from English Blinds was far superior!
