We had some samples first, this gave us a chance to check out the colours and designs. Following this we ordered direct from the website. The guidance notes for the measurement were excellent. The blinds arrived in good time and were well packed. All in all we are very pleased.

The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. Remember to ensure you provide your dimensions according to their instructions! The price was amazingly good, as were customer relations and delivery.
