I needed a wider roller blind for the kitchen window but could not find one the right width, but they made sure that the width was the correct size for my window. Ordered fabric samples, a great range to choose from. I then brought made-to-measure Gala Hessian blinds. They look so smart and the colour tone is natural! Very easy to order and measure because of excellent instruction from the company website, despite my being challenged in that department! Easy to install. Very smooth movement and an exact fit. Would never try to cut my own blinds again, great service.
