Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. I have two more windows in the future that'll need blinds. I won't even bother comparing the prices of other options. One of the best all-round experiences I've received!

We had some samples first, this gave us a chance to check out the colours and designs. Following this we ordered direct from the website. The guidance notes for the measurement were excellent. The blinds arrived in good time and were well packed. All in all we are very pleased.
First-class service. Ordered online, which was confirmed straight away, and told when production started. Told when dispatched. The product itself is as ordered and fits perfectly. When I emailed I got a prompt answer which in itself is fantastic nowadays. I would use them again.
