One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. Ordered a made-to-measure blackout roller blind. Delivery was within a week and the blind was a perfect fit. Unlike the one that I ordered from another company this blind was level. The blackout level is very good and the blind is good quality. All in all, a good experience.
