Found the ordering procedure very straightforward. I chose to use English Blinds because I found they have a much wider choice of fabric designs than other companies. I had a design in my mind but couldn't find anything near it until I searched English Blinds. My made-to-measure blinds arrived very promptly. The brackets were easy to put up. Samples were sent promptly and further samples were sent when requested without fuss. The waterproof blind works well, covering a window by a shower. We are pleased that the blind looks really good and does as the website states. We would use English Blinds again and recommend them.
