The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. Great website with full measuring instructions. Excellent choice of blinds. I ordered the faux wood venetian blinds for my square bay in the lounge and for the large bedroom window. We recently ordered a PVC blind to screen our window which is next to the shower. Our order was dealt with very promptly and smoothly. It was good to be able to see a sample of the PVC fabric before making a decision.
