The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
Wonderful blinds, extremely well priced, very good quality, all around a great online shopping experience. This is the second time I have ordered wood venetian blinds from English Blinds in the last couple of months. The blinds I received have been true to size, are of excellent quality and look fabulous. Good communication from English Blinds regarding the order, production and delivery. Order was slightly slower than normal but this was during the lockdown and was advised of this before ordering so was to be expected. The blinds arrived and look lovely, would definitely recommend and order again.
