Ordered on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday, excellent quality and service

The two sets of blinds were delivered exactly as measured and ordered, and on time - at the very beginning of the expected date range. They were simplicity itself to install, with very clear instructions and plenty of screws etc. for the fittings.

Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!

No areas of improvement. The blinds arrived quickly and were exactly as described. I was really pleased.
