I made a mess ordering the blinds then the colours I ordered were no longer available and then the logistics company said they had delivered the blinds when they had not! I contacted English Blinds with my measurements in inches, which they kindly converted to cm for me. The order was placed and I was advised at every step of the way what was happening. It was delivered within 1 week even though advised it could take two. Great company, thanks
