Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
