I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! We bought a PVC waterproof roller blind for the kitchen. I took the measurements of the old one, typed them into the site and got a price. The website is excellent. When it arrived it was the right size, fitting was easy, it glides up and down and is light tight. I'm going to order another one for the door. 5 stars all the way.

Easy to use website. Loads of choice. Can enter your exact measurements for bespoke fit. Delivery was incredibly fast, only three working days. The blinds are fabulous design, exactly as shown on the website, great quality and easy to fit. What's not to Like? Absolutely excellent service and would recommend English Blinds to Everyone!

Very smooth and efficient service. I last dealt with English Blinds a few years ago, and was pleased that the standard of their service had not fallen.

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!
