Fast efficient service very pleased with the quality and the effect the blinds give

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

The blind looks great, is good quality and has brightened up my kitchen a treat.

I was very impressed with the service. They contacted me shortly after I placed my order online just to double-check the dimensions as I needed a very unusual small blind. The packaging it was shipped in was sturdy and the blind was easy to hang. Overall really lovely product, especially where it was such a unique size.

They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly.
