The samples were very helpful in matching colours, and you also kindly sent me an example bracket so I could check that they fit in our narrow recess. The blinds arrived promptly, in good condition and everything was there. They were very easy to put up and they look great. I would definitely recommend to others.

I was extremely happy with the spring-loaded roller blinds when they arrived. They were robust, well made and easy to put up. The measurements were precise giving a perfect fit. Remember to ensure you provide your dimensions according to their instructions! The price was amazingly good, as were customer relations and delivery. Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
