Poppy Ochre Roman Blind

I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I purchased 8 of these blinds last year and was so pleased with them, and the service, I decided to order 5 more for other rooms. They arrived in the stated delivery time (although a little longer than the first lot due to Covid) and once again pleased with the product, all fitted perfectly and easily. We had previously bought a blind from this company. Great blinds. Slight problem with too few screws and raw plugs sent but one phone call and replacements were sent first class post. Easy to fit. These were blackout and thermal roller blinds.

The website was easy to use and to order from. The fabric samples were very helpful. The finished blinds were delivered and well-packed, so no damage. There were one or two points while installing the blinds which were dealt with on the phone easily. Good company and nice blinds.
