The website was easy to use and I received good customer service even through Covid. My blind arrived earlier than expected, which was even better. It has been fitted now and looks amazing with a bold design. Very happy all around. Would recommend them to friends and will use again.
The product was first-class quality, well made and all-ready for easy installation. The price was competitive and surprisingly low for such an excellent product. I was also amazed at their attention to me as a customer, by informing me when production was started and despatched. It arrived well-packaged with a tracking notice. This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
