I was most impressed with their care and customer service. Dealt with them a few times by e-mail and phone, always a pleasure. Loved my vertical blinds so ordered venetian blinds. They too are lovely. I think both types were great value for money.

After looking at several websites for made-to-measure wooden blinds and reading their reviews I was starting to wonder if I should risk ordering online. I then came across English Blinds and so glad I did. Easy to order, efficient delivery, great customer service and wonderful blinds that have really changed the look of the room. I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
