First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
