I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality blinds. I ordered a blind for my kitchen and it's very well made and the fabric looks very expensive too. We have used English blinds for 2 years ordering 10 blinds in total. They're made absolutely brilliantly, so pleased with all my blinds. We have some with tapes and some without. Free samples sent to you the next day, definitely will recommend them to all my friends and family
