I placed my order via their website, which was simple to navigate and the blinds arrived 5 days later, during lockdown and was emailed with the progress of the order as well. Great quality faux wood Venetian blinds at a competitive cost. Very pleased with the quality and manufacture of them. They fitted exactly to my measurements, so all good.
