Easy to talk to you on the phone regarding prices and materials which is valuable too. Easy to install and works exactly as advertised. Great company and quick dispatch. I ordered a new replacement blind for one damaged blind bought previously from another company. English Blinds sent me a FREE sample 1st class so I could match it up with the others to make sure the one I would be buying was exactly the same, and it was. I bought it online and it arrived via DPD about 5 days later. Excellent.

The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
