Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Samples were sent promptly and further samples were sent when requested without fuss. The waterproof blind works well, covering a window by a shower. We are pleased that the blind looks really good and does as the website states. We would use English Blinds again and recommend them.
