I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. 5 stars. The ordering was easy, the blind (roller blackout) looks to be well made and the material is thick. I had ordered a free sample. On the day of delivery, I received 2 texts and it arrived promptly. So I shall order another from them again.
I gave them my measurements and three days later a vertical blind was delivered and fitted perfectly.
