Dales Charcoal Roman Blind

We ordered 5 roller blinds which arrived promptly, were well made and easy to fit. Good value for money. One blind had been made up with the pull cord on the opposite side to what we wanted but the aftersales service on the phone was very helpful and said they could change it if we wanted. However, it was a simple job to change it ourselves after he told us how to do it - Thanks for the tips which saved time and messing about with replacements. This is the second time we have used English Blinds - we always shop where we are well looked after!

I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.

Very happy. I ordered three blinds in total and all three were perfect. I emailed to see when two of the blinds would be delivered and was emailed back straight away. Very happy and have already recommended them to a friend.

This was our second purchase of two further blinds, again they were a perfect fit, and excellent quality, as was the range of designs to choose from, they are worth every penny. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
