BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Lovely blinds, good service and competitive price - very happy!

We ordered 4 faux wood blinds for our new home and even though the order took a few extra days to arrive due to the company having issues because of COVID-19 they were well worth waiting for. The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.
