I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.

They fit exactly as I wanted without the hassle of cutting down etc. The quality is very good and the fittings seem to be a step above the generic cut-to-size blinds. The custom-made blind I ordered arrived very quickly and the company kept me very well informed about progress. The quality is very good and looks great. I'd envisage it lasting a long time. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and they've been great on both occasions.
