I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. I have two more windows in the future that'll need blinds. I won't even bother comparing the prices of other options. One of the best all-round experiences I've received!
