Excellent quality and condition. Received email for delivery letting me know delivery would be between 2 hours on the day.

Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept totally up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

Very pleased with the blind. Good quality together with all necessary fixtures and fittings. Looks really great. So impressed, we intend to order another one for the bedroom after the Christmas holiday. We were kept advised of the production date and delivery date and blind arrived on time.
