Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. We ordered 3 blinds, all excellent, delivered in the timescale. I am impressed in particular with the 2500mm blind which is difficult to source. The material is as shown on the webpage and is what we wanted. There's a superb range of options. Edges are perfectly cut and no fraying anywhere. Good communication from the company too. I will buy more when I need them.
Very pleased with my new blinds. They look fantastic and are exactly as described on the website. They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior.
